An Ode to IndianOil

Igniting minds and energizing lives, we are fueling India’s growth;

Energy for all and welfare all around – that is our solemn oath.

To achieve our goal and sustain our place, day and night we toil,

The shining jewel on our nations crown – We are proudly IndianOil.

Fuel, lube, polymers and so many more - we produce our nation’s resources.

We explore in upstream too for all - and diversify in alternate energy sources.

Economy may rise or fall with time, it may pacify or it may boil.

Our oath to serve will keep us on our toes – We are humbly IndianOil.

We have spread round the globe in all corners – we’ve made the world our abode.

Welfare, development and prosperity ushered in, wherever our worthy knights rode.

We’ve spread our wings and flew sky high, but still we are the son of this soil –

We love our India and pledge our soul to her – sincerely IndianOil.

I don’t know what to say,

I don’t know what to do,

My life comes to a standstill –

Just thinking about you.

When the morning cuckoo sings,

And spread its lazy wings,

When the world is waking up,

To do their routine things.

I keep laying on my bed,

With sheets covering my head,

Just your dreams keep me alive,

Without you, I am dead.

My desires are just a few,

Like leaves crave for morning dew,

Wish this one dream comes true at wake,

Because - I really love you.

So reluctant I rise and shine,

As the clock struck nine.

To get ready for another day,

And pretend that I am fine.

अपनी सुरक्षा

"सुरक्षा", "सुरक्षा" नारा हैं,

उंचा सबका पारा हैं।

बोली भाषण सब देते पर,

काम करने वाला बेचारा हैं।

दुर्घटना आवारा हैं,

न देता खतरे का इशारा हैं।

हुआ नहीं तो सब हैं शांत,

हो गया तो नज़ारा हैं।

इंसान हालात का मारा हैं,

किसी के आँखों का भी तारा हैं।

अपनी सुरक्षा स्वयं करे,

आखिर जान अपना दुलारा हैं।
